Job Summary

To support the modernization of go-to-market operations, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will architect scalable, AI-forward systems and processes that enhance lead management, automation, and reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize marketing operations infrastructure, including campaign operations and lead management
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure seamless lead flow and efficient funnel management
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into funnel performance and campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or demand generation operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 4+ years in a leadership position with experience mentoring individual contributors
  • Proven track record of rebuilding or transforming marketing operations and GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, particularly in lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel metrics, campaign performance, and attribution models
