Job Summary

Results-driven and experienced, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Operations Manager will architect the operational engine for Albert's go-to-market organization, focusing on building marketing operations, managing the tech stack, and driving successful outcomes for key customers and internal initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and design marketing operations systems and infrastructure to support demand generation and lifecycle marketing
  • Own the marketing technology strategy, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across various platforms
  • Act as the internal authority on marketing operations best practices, identifying operational bottlenecks and driving improvements
Required qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with demand generation and ABM platforms
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools and AI-driven marketing automation tooling
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools, with SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling as a plus
  • Proven ability to independently build marketing operations infrastructure in a high-growth environment
