Job Summary
Owning the administration and optimization of the MarTech stack, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will rebuild and integrate systems like Marketo and Salesforce, manage external agency partnerships, and streamline campaign execution workflows while working in a hybrid environment based in New York.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild and manage the MarTech stack, ensuring effective integration and optimization of tools
- Direct external marketing automation agency partners to implement enhancements and maintain quality standards
- Standardize and document campaign execution frameworks to enable self-service capabilities for marketers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or MarTech
- Expert-level proficiency in Marketo with deep knowledge of its architecture and program hierarchy
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including CRM sync and campaign hierarchy
- Experience managing deliverables for external marketing automation agencies
- Active use of AI tools to enhance campaign execution and operational efficiency
