Job Summary
Owning the systems, processes, and team behind direct marketing, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Operations Manager will ensure the delivery of personalized offers through effective business process design, team management, and operational reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and govern business processes across the direct marketing lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Manage a specialized team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate campaign execution
- Establish digital asset management practices, including naming conventions and tagging taxonomy, to enhance asset organization and reusability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or direct marketing campaign management in a regulated environment
- Proven track record of designing and implementing business processes across complex workflows
- Experience with direct mail execution and extending those practices into digital channels
- Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and vendor relationships to improve operational performance
- Hands-on experience with digital asset management systems and process automation opportunities
