Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for optimizing the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, defining key performance indicators, and enhancing marketing technology operations to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle, improving conversion rates across marketing and sales funnels
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, building dashboards and delivering insights to leadership
- Own the operational foundation of Demand Generation, ensuring effective tools are utilized to increase Marketing Qualified Leads
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales operations
- Expert understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle with proven data tracking experience
- At least one certification in Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce functions and data structures
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
