Job Summary
To support cross-functional Go-To-Market initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will drive marketing performance analysis, optimize the marketing tech stack, and enhance operational processes while working remotely on West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance by channel and campaign, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Drive the evolution of pipeline generation processes and manage the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Collaborate with GTM teams to streamline opportunity prioritization and facilitate feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Ops or Marketing Operations within a multi-segment SaaS environment
- Proven ability to synthesize complex operational data into strategic narratives for senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Apollo
- Demonstrated capability in designing automated workflows and cross-system integrations
- Fluency in AI-driven tools for automating GTM tasks and enhancing data quality
