Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will own the marketing technology stack and analytics, driving measurable revenue impact while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, coach, and develop a marketing operations and analytics team that scales with the business
- Own the strategy and direction of the marketing technology stack, including tools like Marketo and Salesforce
- Direct analytics and reporting to shape pipeline forecasting and campaign performance across the funnel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Deep working knowledge of Marketo or comparable marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience in building scalable lead lifecycle architecture
- Fluency in BI and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, and comfortable with SQL
