Job Summary
Leading a team and managing the onboarding process, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the execution of US Amex Offers campaigns, provide strategic consultation to partners, and drive operational reporting and process optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for US Amex Offers, ensuring successful execution and delivery within the Amex Offers Ecosystem
- Provide strategic campaign consultation and solution design to various partners, balancing business objectives with operational considerations
- Lead operational reporting, tracking key performance indicators, and translating data into actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- Proven project management skills with a focus on process excellence and driving results
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in translating data into actionable business insights
- Prior experience in Marketing Operations and/or offer execution
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adjust quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Direct people leadership experience
