Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will oversee project management processes, optimize MarTech platforms, and ensure alignment within the Marketing Communications team, working in a hybrid or remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize project management workflows to guide omni-channel campaigns and events
- Manage timelines and resources, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing assets and adherence to budgets
- Establish a unified marketing playbook and lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline communications
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or MarTech management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Hands-on experience with digital architecture, media tracking, and Salesforce CRM
- Experience managing enterprise social media suites, particularly Sprout Social
