Job Summary

Owning the global lead funnel architecture, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Operations Manager will manage lead ingestion, routing, and performance optimization while collaborating across marketing, sales, and engineering teams to enhance pipeline generation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including ingestion, routing logic, data enrichment, and SLA governance
  • Drive lead-to-opportunity performance through regular analysis of funnel conversion rates and execution of improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems improvements to support ongoing growth across markets
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related B2B go-to-market role
  • Advanced proficiency with LeanData for lead routing and Salesforce, including knowledge of key data models
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose funnel dynamics and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation solutions used in marketing operations
