Senior Marketing Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex marketing programs and strategic initiatives, the remote Senior Marketing Program Manager will drive the transformation of the Marketing PMO into an AI-first organization by optimizing processes and implementing AI-enabled workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of complex marketing programs while advancing AI-first PMO practices
- Redesign project management processes to automate and enhance planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements using systems thinking
Required qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in leading complex programs, PMOs, or business transformations in large organizations
- Proven success in delivering high-impact initiatives while improving processes and workflows
- Demonstrated experience using AI to redesign work and improve decision-making
- Strong knowledge of AI and automation technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and workflow automation tools
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of related experience
