Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison between marketing program owners and the creative team, the full-time Senior Marketing Program Specialist will manage creative operations, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets while program managing integrated campaigns and product launches in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process creative briefs and assign work to designers while maintaining visibility into the creative team's capacity
- Develop project plans and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of integrated campaigns and product launches
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend AI-first solutions to enhance team efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or creative operations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience acting as a liaison between creative and non-creative stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
