Senior Marketing Project Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Leader to launch, manage, and scale a new growth marketing program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex growth marketing programs and initiatives across the full project lifecycle
• Create and maintain internal enablement materials and execute strategies to scale programs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, support adoption, and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a corporate marketing or creative agency environment
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience owning end-to-end processes across multiple complex initiatives
• Working knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Workfront is required
