Senior Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production for all creative deliverables and maintain visibility over creative pipelines
• Act as the project manager for live events and Go-to-Market launches, ensuring campaigns stay on track
• Coordinate communications and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in production, creative operations, or project management within marketing or creative studios
• Proven experience managing creative pipelines and asset workflows
• Fluency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Trello
• Experience collaborating with artists, designers, and marketing leads
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
