Senior Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Marketing Project Management Office, the full-time Senior Marketing Project Manager will oversee project management processes, enhance operational workflows, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project management team through coaching and performance guidance
• Own and optimize the marketing project management function, including workflow design and status reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and execution of business objectives

Required qualifications

• Ten or more years of project or program management experience, particularly in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing a PMO or centralized workflow function within marketing or business operations
• Proven ability to develop and lead a team of project managers or operations professionals
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and workflow design, with familiarity in Optimizely COP preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or related certification is a plus
