Senior Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in marketing communications, the full-time Senior Marketing Communications Project Manager will manage employee communication projects, coordinate Open Enrollment campaigns, and ensure high-quality deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing and employee communication projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Partner with HR and Benefits teams to develop and execute Open Enrollment communication campaigns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing communications or project management experience
• Experience supporting HR, Benefits, or employee communications programs
