Senior Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a talented technical team, the full-time Senior Marketing Proposal Specialist will manage and produce compliant, comprehensive proposals and statements of qualifications while working remotely and aligning with Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of proposal preparation, from planning and content development to production and delivery
• Draft and refine key proposal sections, ensuring compliance, formatting, and quality assurance
• Conduct client and market research to inform pursuit strategies and support targeted marketing campaigns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or public relations with six years of relevant experience, or ten years of directly related experience
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with graphic design and production software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience leading proposal teams and understanding the RFQ/RFP process
• Ability to create well-organized marketing materials and effectively present information to various audiences
