Job Summary
Experienced recruiters will find a full-time opportunity as a Senior Marketing Recruiter, responsible for managing the recruitment process for the Marketing and Communications Division, developing talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job postings to onboarding candidates
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and partnerships
- Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment strategies align with talent goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, including HR concepts and processes
- Experience recruiting for leadership roles, particularly in Marketing and Communications
- Proficiency in database management and applicant tracking systems
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment across diverse roles and geographies
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership
