Job Summary

Experienced recruiters will find a full-time opportunity as a Senior Marketing Recruiter, responsible for managing the recruitment process for the Marketing and Communications Division, developing talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job postings to onboarding candidates
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and partnerships
• Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment strategies align with talent goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, including HR concepts and processes
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles, particularly in Marketing and Communications
• Proficiency in database management and applicant tracking systems
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across diverse roles and geographies
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership
