Job Summary

Leading patient recruitment marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Specialist will manage paid media strategies across various digital platforms, optimize campaign performance, and align marketing efforts with study enrollment timelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute paid media strategies across key channels, ensuring accountability for performance and ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize in real time to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment plans in collaboration with site teams and recruitment operations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance goals
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of the patient recruitment lifecycle and conversion funnel management
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare marketing, or patient recruitment is strongly preferred
