Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the PLAY subscription growth model, including value proposition and pricing
- Operate a structured experimentation program to optimize acquisition and retention strategies
- Launch and scale lifecycle programs to enhance subscriber engagement and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in subscription growth and lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming/entertainment
- Hands-on experience with paywall strategies and churn mitigation at scale
- Proven success in developing multi-channel lifecycle programs that improve subscriber metrics
- Proficiency in A/B testing and marketing technology ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess metrics and provide strategic recommendations
