Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketplace Delivery Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full marketplace onboarding experience and ensure successful adoption across the customer lifecycle
• Automate internal processes and tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage supplier selection and monitor project execution to safeguard service-level commitments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations
• Experience with marketplace environments or large vendor/freelancer pools is a strong plus
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus
• Proven ability to scope projects, allocate resources, and manage risk
• Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable
