Job Summary
Owning the technical backbone of the marketing stack, the full-time Senior MarTech Engineer will design and build tracking infrastructure, data models, and automation systems to enhance personalized marketing efforts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tracking infrastructure, ensuring clean and consistent event tracking across platforms
- Design and implement customer profile architecture and data pipelines to enhance segmentation and personalization
- Build AI-powered marketing workflows and automate user engagement strategies across multiple channels
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing technology or marketing operations
- Hands-on expertise with Tag Management and server-to-server conversion integrations with major paid platforms
- Working knowledge of CDP architecture and data modeling, with experience in any CDP platform
- Strong SQL skills for writing queries and integrating marketing data across systems
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution fundamentals and tracking hygiene
