Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Master Data Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operations of the MDM program under the Data Governance Office
• Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions for healthcare master data domains
• Collaborate with business areas to ensure accurate integration of master data across platforms

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field required
• 5-8+ years of experience in master data management or healthcare data management roles
• 2+ years of leadership experience in designing data-focused solutions
• Proven experience implementing enterprise MDM frameworks within MDM tools
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are a plus
