Senior Master Data Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Master Data Management operations team, the fully remote Senior Master Data Management Manager will oversee the implementation of the Informatica Data Management Cloud platform, ensuring the quality and integrity of master data across various domains while driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration and enhancement of the MDM data model, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data quality standards
• Lead automation strategies using UiPath to improve data processing efficiency and reduce manual entry
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of data ownership and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management or related data platform roles
• 3+ years of management experience
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath
• Informatica certification (MDM, CAI, CDI, or IDMC Associate/Professional) preferred
