Senior Master Data Steward

Job Summary

Leading master data governance and continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Master Data Steward will manage data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders and IT to resolve data issues and enhance governance practices in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes, maintains, and governs master data within the MDG platform to ensure compliance with service levels
• Acts as a trusted advisor by addressing business needs and proposing data solutions based on analysis of master data requests
• Leads problem-solving efforts with the EDM team and business partners to enhance data quality and drive process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience with an ERP system or master data management system
• Hands-on expertise in administering and governing master data in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Proficiency in data quality management techniques and advanced data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and relevant regulatory data controls
