Senior Maximo Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Maximo Application Support Analyst to serve as the technical owner of its IBM Maximo environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for IBM Maximo, ensuring system availability and performance
• Support and maintain the Maximo application environment, including upgrades and enhancements
• Monitor and resolve application incidents and service requests based on business impact and priority

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience supporting IBM Maximo in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) architecture and design
• Hands-on experience developing BIRT and ad hoc reports
• Strong database experience, including SQL and scripting
