Senior MBIST Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely and requiring alignment with PST hours, the contract Senior MBIST / DFT Engineer will manage the complete MBIST flow for complex SoC designs, including insertion, integration, verification, and silicon bring-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MBIST insertion and integration for complex SoC designs using Synopsys SMS
• Develop and debug MBIST simulations and validate MBIST patterns using Synopsys VCS and VecGen
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and post-silicon debug while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on DFT experience with significant MBIST expertise
• Strong experience with Synopsys MBIST SMS5/SMS6 and Synopsys VCS
• Proficient in MBIST insertion, integration, verification, and diagnostics
• Experience with March algorithms, BIRA/BISR, and memory repair schemes
• Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog and SoC DFT processes
