Senior MDF Programs Manager
Job Summary
Managing the global Market Development Funds (MDF) program, the full-time Senior MDF Programs Manager will oversee MDF lifecycle management, ensure compliance, and provide performance insights while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end MDF lifecycle, including allocation, approval workflows, compliance oversight, and performance measurement
- Manage and evolve the global MDF framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Partner Marketing priorities
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to enhance MDF program capabilities, measurement, and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or finance within B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record managing MDF programs and optimizing ROI and partner growth
- Advanced analytics capabilities and proficiency in MDF/PRM tools and budget management software
- Exceptional functional leadership skills and experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement
