Senior MDM Engineer
Job Summary
Architecting and building resolved identity and relationship foundations for financial services clients, the full-time remote Senior MDM Engineer will manage end-to-end MDM architecture, data modeling, integration, and governance while mentoring a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete MDM and relationship-graph architecture, from data modeling to integration and data quality
- Design and configure match and merge logic, validation rules, and establish data-quality baselines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex MDM concepts and ensure effective data governance
Required qualifications
- Ten to fifteen years of experience in enterprise data engineering and architecture, specifically in master data management
- Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of party models and identity resolution
- Hands-on expertise with at least one enterprise MDM platform such as Informatica MDM or Reltio
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills, with familiarity in Java or .Net as needed
- Experience building for audit and regulatory compliance in a regulated industry
