Senior MDR Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior MDR Analyst - Swing Shift (M-F 4 PM - 12 AM ET).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate anomalous network and system events in a 24x7x365 Security Operation Center (SOC)
• Collaborate with MDR Analysts to investigate emerging cybersecurity threats and serve as an escalation point for advanced intrusion analysis
• Develop incident analysis reports and enhance SOC efficiency through process design and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Five (5+) years of experience in an information security role, with relevant training or certification potentially substituting for one year of experience
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Two (2+) years of experience with triaging endpoint events from EDR and NGAV
• Deep knowledge of threat indicators in a Windows environment
• Familiarity with AWS services and scripting/programming in Powershell, Python, or Go
