Senior M&E Expert

Job Summary

To support the Media Freedom Programmes, the remote Senior M&E Expert will design, manage, and implement monitoring, evaluation, results, and learning frameworks while leading the organization's learning agenda and ensuring quality data systems across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and application of the Monitoring, Results, Evaluation, and Learning (MREL) framework across various programs
• Design and implement results frameworks, ensuring timely data collection and comprehensive evaluations
• Oversee data management systems, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of program data for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior MREL, research, or program learning role within an international NGO or media development context
• Demonstrated experience in designing and operationalizing M&E frameworks for multi-country programs
• Strong track record in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for donor-funded programs
• Proficiency in data management systems and survey tools, such as Airtable and Google Forms
• Experience working in or within Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Arab Region is highly desirable
