Senior Mechanical Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Process Cost Manager to support semiconductor projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workload, team tasks, and perform quality assurance/control
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with contractors and third parties
• Develop client relationships and provide support to senior management

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Process Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent preferred
• Experience with semiconductor projects is required
• Proficient in cost estimating and project controls
