Senior Mechanical Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost Manager (Mechanical).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop budget estimates through accurate quantity take-offs and scope reviews
• Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients while preparing summary analyses
• Evaluate change orders and assist in the continuous cost management process

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in a related field post-undergraduate degree
• Working towards Professional Certification - MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of the construction industry and cost-estimating methods
• Ability to adapt to varied work situations and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving
