Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Global Engineering team in Wyandotte, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvements at BASF sites by leading assessments and providing implementation consultations and training
• Partner with project teams to provide input on capital project scope and equipment for increased reliability
• Lead optimization of reliability strategies and tools to minimize production losses and optimize costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (preferably Mechanical)
• 8+ years of experience in reliability and equipment expertise within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in leading and managing capital projects
• Ability to make critical business decisions and recommendations
• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
