Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the mechanical engineering execution of complex material handling and conveyor system projects, the full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and mentor project engineers while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical engineering execution of medium to large material handling and conveyor projects
• Serve as the primary mechanical engineering technical resource for customers, project teams, vendors, and field personnel
• Conduct system design, 3D model, and constructability reviews while resolving technical and installation issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-10 years of material handling or conveyor systems engineering experience
• Experience leading medium to large engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, mechanical design, and engineering standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor; experience with Navisworks, BIM, and Microsoft Project is a plus
