Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting hyperscale data center construction programs, the full-time Senior Data Center Mechanical Engineer will manage project areas including planning, design, and construction while collaborating with clients and overseeing technical development of mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project management aspects for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Review and assist in the technical development of mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers, ensuring compliance with engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to address engineering issues and support standard design improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in data center construction
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale data center mechanical infrastructure, particularly cooling and fire protection systems
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including structural, civil, IT/Telecom, and architectural professionals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with data center projects both inside and outside of the US is strongly preferred
