Senior Mechanical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator to support semiconductor facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workload, team, and perform QA/QC and task management
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with contractors and third parties
• Develop client relationships and provide support to senior management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent preferred
• Experience with semiconductor, manufacturing, high tech, or data center projects
• Proficient in cost estimating and construction project methodologies
