Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator with Data Center Construction expertise, the full-time role will provide detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, collaborate with project teams, and ensure effective cost management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems in construction projects
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive cost management plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or a related field
- Prior Data Center Construction/Mission Critical experience is essential
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting program-level cost management for medium or large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, including value management and value engineering
