Job Summary

Owning the media budget allocation and strategy, the full-time Senior Media Planning Manager will manage media planning and execution for brand marketing, collaborating with creative and performance marketing agencies in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Own media budget allocation and pacing across all channels
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new channels and opportunities
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates, and evaluate new inventory opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of media planning or buying experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Experience planning and buying sponsorships in channels like newsletters, podcasts, and industry events
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Informed perspective on measurable outcomes and brand investment justification
  • Excellent written communication skills for strategy documents and outreach emails
