Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an earned media strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with national and political media, proactively pitching stories and responding to inquiries

Required qualifications
- Approximately 7+ years of progressive communications and media relations experience, preferably in politics or advocacy
- Strong existing relationships with political and national media

- Familiarity with media databases such as Cision or Muckrack
