Senior Medicaid Policy Associate

Job Summary

Experienced in Medicaid regulatory policy, the full-time Senior Healthcare Policy Associate will lead consulting engagements, conduct policy research, and develop innovative solutions for state Medicaid agencies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support consulting engagements for state Medicaid agencies, including policy research and strategy development
• Analyze complex Medicaid legislation and develop state policy documents and program materials
• Manage project tasks and deadlines, ensuring quality control processes are followed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health policy, public policy, health management, public health, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid agency, CMS, or similar Medicaid-related consulting roles
• Experience with Medicaid managed care, financing policy, or healthcare quality measurement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience managing workstreams and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
