Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in health policy or law preferred
• 15+ years of health experience with a broad understanding of health policy
• Experience in building a team and a block of business in a consulting environment
• Able to achieve Milliman Signature Authority within 18 months
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
