Job Summary
Partnering with internal leadership and client organizations, the full-time Senior Medical Affairs Consultant will develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency, while working remotely from Canada, the US, or the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Develop client relationships by understanding their issues and providing actionable solutions
- Deliver strategic insights and solutions that drive business growth and innovation through research and analysis
- Manage workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards while coaching junior team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA and/or PhD/PharmD/MD preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field
- Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of pharmaceutical and life science industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global environment
