Senior Medical Affairs Director

Job Summary

Serving as the senior medical and scientific leader, the remote Senior Scientific Director, Medical Affairs will generate and implement Medical Affairs strategy, ensuring scientific rigor and medical compliance while engaging with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion the development and execution of the Integrated Medical Affairs Plan aligned with asset strategy and company goals
• Act as a medical reviewer for regulatory committees and oversee the generation of clinical data to support medical strategy
• Build partnerships across various departments and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and adherence to Medical Affairs standards

Required qualifications:

• Advanced/doctoral degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) required
• 10+ years of experience in CNS Medical Affairs, including leadership roles and launch experience
• Understanding of the medical affairs legal and regulatory environment
• Experience with project and vendor management in a dynamic environment
• Thorough understanding of the CNS environment and key stakeholders
