Job Summary
Supporting cross-functional and cross-regional alignment of medical operations, the full-time Senior Medical Affairs Specialist will manage investigator-initiated research coordination, lead the medical education grant program, and collaborate with various teams to optimize processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead handling and processing of investigator-initiated research (IIS) coordination and real-world data collection
- Serve as a key partner in optimizing the MedInfo process and support post-market activities in collaboration with quality, regulatory, and compliance functions
- Translate scientific, regulatory, and clinical insights into actionable plans across product lifecycles and ensure adherence to SOPs and ethical guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or biomedical engineering; advanced degrees preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the medtech or pharmaceutical industry, or 3+ years with a Master's degree
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proven organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
