Job Summary
Supporting the development and approval of scientific and medical content, the full-time Senior Medical Affairs Specialist will serve as a key reviewer within the Content Approval Process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant communications regarding products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a Medical Affairs reviewer within the Content Approval Process (CAP), ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance of materials
- Provide medical and scientific guidance to cross-functional stakeholders to support compliant communications
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs review processes and governance frameworks
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in a life sciences field (PhD, MS/certified genetic counselor, or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the review and approval of scientific, medical, and promotional materials
- Proven ability to evaluate complex scientific data and apply sound medical judgment
- Deep understanding of Medical Affairs governance and content approval processes
- Ability to influence and build alignment among diverse stakeholders in a global environment
