Senior Medical Biller

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the remote Senior Medical Biller will manage claims for biologic infusions, post payments, reconcile patient accounts, and resolve denials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and manage claims for biologic infusions and other services
• Post payments, reconcile patient accounts, and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
• Resolve denials and unpaid claims while collaborating with various teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of medical billing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, clearinghouses, and payment workflows
• Understanding of specialty billing and biologic reimbursement
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and teach
