Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate code selection and provide educational information to internal and external customers
• Provide timely information regarding coding standards to ensure accurate code assignment for data collection and reimbursement
• Evaluate medical records and assign appropriate codes based on National Coding Guidelines

Required Qualifications

• One of the following certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC
• 2+ years of coding experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
