Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Coding Specialist to ensure accurate coding of medical data for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the medical coding process for clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Manage the coding of medical terms using standardized dictionaries, ensuring accurate data interpretation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve coding discrepancies and ensure data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field; certification in medical coding is a plus
• Extensive experience in medical coding with knowledge of MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage coding teams
• Proficiency in coding software and clinical data management systems (CDMS)
