Senior Medical Collection Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collection Representative who will assist in resolving outstanding medical bills and support patients during financial crises.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for team members to help identify and resolve issues
• Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate payment resolutions
• Contact customers to discuss and resolve outstanding medical bill accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in medical billing
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
